I'll give you a short background of LCM.
From 1947 - 2008 Jose Abad Santos High School was the one residing on the lot in which Lucky Chinatown Mall was built. This school is very important to me and my family because this school cradles so many memories to us. Would you believe that all of us siblings graduated from this school. YES! you heard it right. JASHS is our Alma mater but sadly since the lot was privately owned by the Abad Santos family it was sold to Megaworld Corporation. Before they demolished our school, Mega World Corp. is so kind they built another school nearby in which students are transferred. They also built condominiums for teachers and Mother and Child Hospital for the community. On the positive side, the lost of our school replaced beneficial establishment to many Binondo residents.
First quarter of this year LCM is officially opened to the public. When I first saw it, my first reaction is WOW!!. For someone who is residing in Binondo and far from any Ayala Malls, this mall gives comfort of any luxury mall can offer
SHOPPING
Imported and local brands like Mango, Bench, Folded and Hung, Cinderella, Bayo, and Oxygen offers fashionable apparel catering metropolitan and casual lifestyles. International Outlet's such as Payless, 158 Designers Boulevard, Aldo, Sperry and Levis are one of the many stores to look forward to.
DINING
Dining is unforgettable experience here in Lucky Chinatown Mall since world class cuisine is offer here. Some of the resto you can find here are King Chef, UCC, Itallianis, Bon Chon, Uncle Cheffy, Kogi Bulgogi, and since its located at the heart of Binondo in which Chinese cuisine are very popular you could take the Chinatown Walk for authentic food like Shin Lin and Little Asia.
